Edit Quote Close Form

Need to be able to edit the Quote Close form and customize the pop-up window that displays when creating an order and marking as won or closing a quote and marking as lost. OOB it does not seem like an admin has the capability to do this which is strange to me. This would really enhance the user experience for those that work with quotes on a daily basis.

I would like this to be implemented as soon as possible. Customers are already requesting this feature many times.

We need options to customize the close quote dialog similar to what is already available for Close opportunity and Case Resolution dialogs!

Supporting this idea, as this is an issue many customers desire a fix for. I have 2 customers currently who want to modify this dialogue, so as to prevent the end user from accidentally selecting to close the opportunity on creation of Order. I'd love to be able to modify this without having to do custom ribbon button/action.
