Based on a CHOICE question in Customer Voice, can CV have the ability to have the option of a FOLLOW UP TEXT Box, which can be mandatory for selected choices

Example:

Question 1 (single choice question) Are you satisfied with our product?

Option 1: Highly satisfied
Option 2: Satisfied
Option 3: Neutral
Option 4: Disagree
Option 5: Strongly Disagree

If the user selects Option 1, 2, 3 they dont have to enter the follow up text box but for Option 4,5 the followup text box has to be mandatory.
