Business Central has a limited capability for customer statements when compared to Dynamics GP. Statements showing just open items are not possible out of the box. It would need an option to show only doecuments where the unapplied amount <>0.

This is possible as a standard feature in Dynamics GP, and will help migrating customers to be able to email statements from BC.

The NZ localization has an AU / NZ Customer Statement that does exactly that - provides an open item statement. BUT, the kicker, MS never made it able to be emailed. So the statement layout is much better than out of the box, but can't be emailed, so it is useless.

MS could just enable the email on that version and make it available for all versions.
