Currently notes can be sorted by either Created on or Modified on fields. This falls short of being able to sort by / search by importance. On an account, most notes on the timeline are used to note events that happened. Not all events are just for historical/audit information. When I am reviewing an account, I am only interested in important items that are recorded in the timeline view. All others generally noise and only useful for doing forensics.

An additional field on notes to record importance and to be able sort by importance or filter by importance will go a long way to improve productivity.
