A Chat Widget Designer for the Chat Widget which has to be put on the Webpage where you can change the layout, design and predefined text like 'Please answer the questions below' would be very usefull.
A preview feature would also make sense in this case so you can see the effect of the changes before publishing them.
This would give more possibilities to administrators while setting up this tool.

We are currently looking towards this goal of being able to add more extensive chat customizations to the admin, however, at the moment we do not have this experience.
In the meantime, we have released a new upgraded live chat widget that is now available through CSS styling. Please check the following documentation links for further details:
