Many Danish users are requesting that Business Central supports FIK numbers on account statements and reminders, similar to the sales invoice layout.


Implementing FIK numbers on account statements and reminders will help businesses improve efficiency and reduce errors in payment handling.

Thank you for your feedback. We are not considering the suggestion at this time due to the following reason: all customer faced documents will be part of e-documents feature required by new Danish bookkeeping act and it will provide full automation, so we will not go to layout changes.

Thank you for the update. Based on my understanding, e-invoicing isn't mandated for B2C under the new bookkeeping act, and it doesn't seem relevant to account statements either. If there's a misunderstanding, please let me know.
