When our company creates Support tickets through the power platform, pro direct support. As a global admin or manager of the department, I am unable to see the other tickets created, only my own.

It would be more efficient from a de-duplication and follow-up standpoint to allow the manager/global admin to view all.

Any Power Platform Admin should be able to see all support tickets, not just the ones they create.
