The native tools for integrating with Dynamics 365 for Sales do not allow for custom filtering or adjustments to which fields should be integrated, only whether a particular integration job is running and the direction of data flow. It would be beneficial to be able to map the fields manually and to be able to use more complex filters on the integration tables, since any item that is on a pick list cannot be filtered to two or more values.
