We need control over what is templated on the Task Templates Checklists Columns Buckets Status Creation our own Priorities and Status etc.Our organization needs the ability to template everything on the Task Templates Task checklists Creating and using Buckets Templating the columns on the Tasks Lists in this order:Name | Quick Look (so we can see the checklist items) | Bucket (for Status of the Work) } Assigned to | Start | Finish | Duration | Effort | Priority (have the ability to change the options) | Depends on
I would also suggest a re- arrange of the menu items/modules in the left menu. (We'll the menu systems needs a re-design/adjustment.)One possibility would be to group each module and menu item under each product , Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, HR.(and at the same time make the product naming a bit more clear..)I would also suggest to make the submenus groups (setup etc) some how fixed/static to each location, is really really really hard and annoying to find things when you expand/collapse the menus and the menu items jumps around to different places of the screen so that you'll never find it. And perhaps make the menus full-screen when opened and not just 3/4 of the web interface.

I have a customer that wants this exact scenario and was told by MSFT to raise an idea, so really happy that this has already been raised, and has gained a good level of votes. I have voted, but also wanted to comment that this would really help MSFT get some traction in the loyalty area. Currently, this is a major blocker, along with the inability to earn and redeem on the same transaction on POS.
