When you create an Email Quick Campaign there is an attachments area, but you can only add attachments once the email is saved (which in this case means once the emails have been sent).
There should be an easy way (other than using templates) to add attachments to emails. As neither Mail Merge or Quick Campaigns allow for adding attachments to bulk email...
