We are loving the new Employment History tracking. Would like a prompt for reason for change, or a way for the user to enter notes to the records in the Employment History window.

It would be great if the Employment History and Employee Position (additional positions) screens were combined. This would be helpful when doing employment verifications or certifying years of service for retirement systems.
