Since January 2018 we have rollout our new UCI Application to all our end users. The issue we are facing is that in case a user has got several APPS available for their profil the URL will redirect them to APP Home Portal instead of CRM Application. In our case all our users are having at least 3 APPS (Web App, Mobile App and Outlook App).

This situation is creating frustration (because you need to perform a 2-steps click to log to your favorite application) and confusion (since you are having multiple apps). This is slowing user adoption since we moved from Web Refresh to UCI Application.
