When you open the item ledger entry page by clicking on an items quantity on hand link, it should automatically filter only by what is on hand (quantity on hand=>0). It currently opens the items ledger entries with out a filter so it displays all of the ledger entries including 0 remining amounts. The Microsoft NAV 2009 version used this filter when opening the ledger entries from the quantity on hand field. The same type of filter should automatically be in place when you click on quantity on a sales order for an item. the filter should only display items that are open and still need to be shipped.
