Repro Steps:

Go to makers portal.

Solution.

Open the solution.

Objects

Tables

Add existing

Add new entity/table

Select the entity

For example in my organization, i have not selected below option

But still if you see on the left side it is showing 2 columns and 7 relationship is selected

So we have to click on Select object again

Which will open another window

and from here we have to go to each tab to uncheck those component

From legacy it was more easy
