For the moment it is not possible to define user defined filters in forms with a small My views icon instead of a large:
1. Currently there are two kinds of view icons that are large view icons and small view icons
2. Large view icons are full pages or list pages and small view icons are child collections.
3. At the moment user defined filter for the saved views works for only large view icons and it is not recommended for the small view icons.

It would be required to also be able to define user defined filters on forms with small My views icon.
