Business Need

When Business Central is configured with Thai language and region (th-TH), dates in various areas of the application are displayed using the Buddhist Era (BE) year format. However, the DatePicker continues to display years using the Gregorian calendar.

This creates an inconsistent user experience, as users see Buddhist Era years in date fields but Gregorian years when selecting dates through the DatePicker.

Suggestion:

Allow the DatePicker to display Buddhist Era years when Thai language/region settings are applied or align the DatePicker calendar representation with the date format shown elsewhere in Business Central.

Provides a more consistent and intuitive experience for Thai users and organizations that use the Buddhist Era calendar in their daily operations.
