WE ARE NEW TO SAAS. WE HAVE 8 USERS AND GROWING. WITH EACH EXISTING USER AND FUTURE NEW USER, IT WOULD SAVE SO MUCH TIME FOR TRAINING AND SET-UP IF PERSONALISATIONS COULD BE SHARED SO THAT EVERYONE IS STARTING FROM THE SAME SCREEN SET-UP AND REFERENCES AS DESIGNATED BY SENIOR EMPLOYER / MANAGER / TRAINER ETC.
FURTHER INDIVIDUAL PERSONALIZATIONS COULD STILL BE ELIGIBLE AFTER TRAINING BUT IT IS GROSSLY INEFFICIENT FOR EACH USER TO SET UP THEIR OWN PERSONALISATIONS FROM SCRATCH WHEN MANY USERS - ESPECIALLY NEW ONES - DON'T KNOW WHAT'S RELEVANT OR NOT.
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE... THIS IS SO IMPORTANT.....

Have you explored using roles inside of BC? https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/admin-users-profiles-roles . This might not fix all of the issues, but it may reduce the workload for common settings. Good luck.
