Problem: We customized a sales business process flow (Lead --> Opportunity) defined by our own needs.
Now after completing the lead process, we are creating an opportunity with realtime workflow. After the real time workflow has finished, we have the opportunity to select the created opportunity in the lead process flow for continuing in the process flow with the created opportunity. But this is only possible in the webclient, not in the CRM App for tablets. This means, we have to select the created opportunity once in the webclient to continue to the opportunity. After selecting the opportuntity once in the webclient, we can also go on in the CRM App and can switch between the lead and the opportunity record.
I think this is an error in the CRM App and this is really annoying because we can not complete our sales process just within the CRM App on tablets, we have to switch to the web client for setting the right opportunity in the lead.
