In AX 2012 there was a field on expense categories called 'Commonly used expenses'. Expense categories with this flag ticked would appear at the top of the list when entering expenses.

In D365, this field is actually available on the DE but it has no functionality behind it. It would be useful to have this functionality both within the application and especially on the mobile.
