We have had a request to score a lead based on a phone-call. For example - the lead calls a certain number. This phone call is logged on their Lead profile under activities. The Marketing App would have a Lead Scoring Model/Rule that says to increase their score by 100. More generally - create a lead score model based on an activity type and value.

Very good suggestion! This is something we definitely need. Some of it is incorporated in the new 'sales insights' add-on, but the whole idea to choose for Microsoft is for the one-platform-philosophy. The tooling should allow marketing and sales to cooperate better and one lead scoring functionality for both marketing activities and sales activities such as call would certainly help with this.
