Hi,

Currently the Dynamics 365 Chat widget does not support adaptive cards and images. In the other hand adaptive cards and images are supported by Power Virtual Agents published in Websites. E.g. If you configure a PVA that displays product images and adaptive cards in Omnichannel Chat channel, the images and cards are not shown in chat widget. This feature would be useful to improve customer experience in chat channel and also to have better content compatibility between PVA and Dynamics 365 Chat widget.

Hello team - PVA supports images and adaptive cards, but does not support attachments. Omnichannel chat widget does not support images and adaptive cards, but it supports attachments.
