In Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, we had the option to personalize the main menu. We could change the order and hide certain menus.
At least it would be a better experience to be able to change the order of the menus. When users will have many menus visible, a focus on their most common menus would help them being more productive.
Hiding menus would be a nice to have.

I would also suggest a re- arrange of the menu items/modules in the left menu. (We'll the menu systems needs a re-design/adjustment.)One possibility would be to group each module and menu item under each product , Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, HR.(and at the same time make the product naming a bit more clear..)I would also suggest to make the submenus groups (setup etc) some how fixed/static to each location, is really really really hard and annoying to find things when you expand/collapse the menus and the menu items jumps around to different places of the screen so that you'll never find it. And perhaps make the menus full-screen when opened and not just 3/4 of the web interface.
