Require this for the same reason as everybody else has listed. For any manufacturing business, we require the ability share estimated delivery dates with customers at quote stage including consideration of items inside BOM's.

This feature is very important for our customer. We need to have the same behavior between sales quotation and sales orders, other way we offer a date to customer not realistic.
