I am using "Email transcript" option in the chat widget to send the chat transcript via email.

In the email received, the time stamps displayed in the header and in each chat message are in GMT and not with day light savings time (BST), which causes confusion for the customer. 


The email template I am using is "Conversation transcript email template" which has the slugs {conversation.start.time} (which is used in the header) and {conversation.transcript} (which is used for the actual chat transcript body).


1) We cannot we make the BST time (Daylight Saving) appear instead of GMT in header and each chat transcript as the product team confirmed? Can we make this possible in future release?


2) The chat transcript is shown in blue background colour. By default there is no way by which we can change the blue and grey colour of the chat transcript (We are able to change the header background colour but not the transcript background) to the organisation standard colour as the product team confirmed? Can we make this possible in future release?
