It's possible to use Dynamics 365 Marketing segments on LinkedIn in order to use LinkedIn Matched Audiences. However, this is just static lists.

It should be possible to allow dynamic lists in order to use triggers in the segment to turn on and off ads on LinkedIn.

This is possible on other platforms.
