Forever since the DataMart was implemented in MR 2012, the values for the data refresh had been set arbitrarily from the development team to schedule cycles that are way too frequent (1 min by default for some processes). When operating a large GP instance with several dozens of companies and large financial data sets, the refresh cycle can barely keep up with the 1-minute schedule and puts a load to the system where MR services are installed way too high (25+% CPU all the time). In many cases where the default configuration is not able to serve properly the data refresh, the MR Admin should be able to set the values differently by an easy way (not having to tweak some SQL table values or .config file settings). It would probably be fairly easy to add a simple schedule menu to MR Config Console to allow for changes of the default value. Please make this possible and also pick-up the development around MR 2012 again.. This product is by far not dead and used a lot by Dynamics GP customers that don't have large budgets to afford expensive ISV solutions to report the same financial data they can achieve thru the MR 2012 tool.
