Currently Resource Reconciliation view provides the feature to make the bookings from there itself.
i would recommend to make 2 enhancements to the Reconciliation view to make it more usable and user friendly.
1. Currently we do not have option to manage Excess booking from Reconciliation tab. When it's Booking shortage, we have an option to Extend booking but nothing when it's Excess. we have to find resource booking record to cancel it, it's very ineffective. if there can be a cancel bookings option right there in Resource Reconciliation view, it would have been helpful.
2. If we can make the adjustments to the hours as per needed on each day right there in the reconciliation view, this can be a great deal as majority of the clients miss Maintain Bookings feature which was in earlier version of PSA and resource allocation will become much more sophisticated.

New
