When adding a subgrid to the contact form that shows marketing list related to the contact the user gets an error on page when clicking on Add existing marketing list in the ribbon.

The problem you have described looks like a bug (malfunction) with the system. This is not a suggestion for improved or new functionality.
I'm unable to reproduce this bug in my system. If you are still facing this issue, please open a bug with CRM support team. Please provide additional details (system details/screen shots/error messages).
