Currently if you create a workflow for general journal batch approval, you have to create an option to select Job in the Template Type in the workflow. But there is no option to submit for approval or to approve on the Job G/L Journal page.

The workflow and controls for posting to the G/L is appalling in BC. Straightforward segregation of duties should be standard in any accounting software and it's shocking that this isn't even on your roadmap.
Enabling approvals for any journal hitting the G/L should be standard, whether it be Job G/L or FA G/L.
