Isn't this impossible due to the anti malware structures in place for most mail clients?

Thank you for your feedback. We don't plan to add this feature because major email clients don't support embedded videos, and it would likely result in a poor user experience.
You can host videos in the asset library and add links to them. Upload, manage, and use images, files, and videos in online content - Dynamics 365 Customer Insights | Microsoft Learn
