Let UCI have the same behavior as the web apps where you can have drop downs and sitemap-areas open even when clicking in other windows.

For instance in the UCI if you go to a list of entities and open the view dropdown, but then click in another window (even on another monitor) the drop down will close. This is not the case in the web version.
