In retail, multi-level line discounts are very common.

It would be nice to have functionality to handle those multi-level line discounts, both for sales and purchase:

For an item (discount group), a base discount of 10% applies.

Then from Min. Qty. 10.000, a mult-ilevel discount applies of 10% + 15%

And from Min. Qty. 100.000, a mult-ilevel discount applies of 10% + 15% + 20%

To calculate the discounts from the 2nd and lower levels, the calculation basis can be either the original value (before base discount) or the discounted value.
