Login to Dynamics 365.


Navigate to Activities and Email activities.


Create a new email, add an image to the email and send it to any contact with external email address.


Check the email received and the image is not there in the recipients email.


Can this be changed so that the recipient can receive the image also.

The CRM-System removes images before sending the email from the html-body. This is a big disadvantage, would be great to have this features in CRM.
