As there is no SLA for data export service as per the document
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/replicate-data-microsoft-azure-sql-database#about-data-synchronization-latency

We would like to set email notification whenever there is huge delay. The current project requires record validation in 15 mins. The data export service is set to export the data to azure sql db and currently we are facing intermittent issue of latency greater that 20 mins.Even though we can go to DES dashboard and check ,its not feasible to check every 15 mins.

I agree - I had to build a flow that runs that changes a value and then detects if it's changed through the DES after in 3 minutes - if it isn't, it throws me an alert saying that it failed. This is critical because there is data like many to many relationships that are only accessible in the DES and I have built workflows that depend on them being accurate there. I would really like for the DES to see on a chart on what the max delay was over time. This way I can better understand and manage how automated processes are affected the DES and use it reliably. I would then like to choose at what point I would like an alert (5 minutes alert?, 15 minutes alert? 30 minutes alert?)
