Trying to be constructive, the main issue about Dynamics is the look&feel. There is a huge gap between Dynamics and Salesforce in this area. And it is KEY in user adoption.

Something as simple as having the background color slightly different in the forms would be a huge advance. Take this website/form as an example, you have a background color a little bit darker than the form itself, so each section is much easier to spot.

Something as simple as this cannot be done in Dynamics. Could you please make the background color a little bit darker/greyer or at least give the option to the admin to set the color by himself?
