When two or more people are editing a marketing asset such as an email, the system should notify the users. Today, more than 1 person can edit an asset at the same time and there is no lock or notification. There is also no ability to see the other person's edits. After testing, we've found that the last person who saves are the changes that get applied. Ideally: 1. Show that X number of people are editing the asset 2. Upon hover, show the names of those people 3. Highlight changes, real time, that those other people are making If not possible - lock the record so that only 1 person can edit at a time and notify the users. "XYZ is editing the asset."
