When creating a new item, the Default Flushing Principle is always set to Started. However, it would be nice if a parameter was available to set a default flushing principle for new items. Some companies in our holding would like to have the principle Finished for all items.

I know there is a way to work around this by using a template item. However, then a template should always be selected and applied by our co-workers when creating the new item. To prevent we're depending on the correct use of templates, I would like to have a company-wide parameter for flushing principle that is automatically copied to every new item.
