When a customer opens a live chat widget, we would like the ability to have a sticky message appear at the top of the widget potentially closable, so that we can inform customers of disruptions to service or scheduled maintenance as they may be contacting us during this period.

The benefit is that we can curb live chats that may be related to an outage we are currently experiencing. Our current workaround is automated messages, but if someone is waiting in the queue, we can't trigger a message and cover certain touch points where a customer might be waiting for 10+ minutes.
The ability to have this in the Chat Widget SDK in the future too would be helpful.
