Users should have the ability to create and maintain record tagging. This feature is constantly requested in both PubSec and commercial. The ability to tag should be similar to tagging in Azure DevOps and other CRM systems. This allows users to quickly and easily create ad-hoc categories for their records, then be able to report/segment/build views quickly for them. This would make segmentation and other views/reports much easier. Right now, building this feature set is time consuming (lot of JScript and UI dev) to accomplish, hard to keep maintained/upgradeable
