Hi Microsoft,

Since last year we have been constantly struggling with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Storage Capacity Issues.
Our Tenancy storage keeps on increasing mainly by two tables in each environment.
1) WebResourceBase
2) RibbonClientMetadataBase

We raised ticket to support team and they also said nothing much can be managed in these two tables as deleting them would also erase our customization too.
So i would like to suggest that why these two tables are included in our tenancy becuz these two tables takes lots of space and then finally customor has to pay ultimatly the price for it.
We have got complaints from various customers about it .
For eg. By default we get 10 gb of size in CDS and out of 10 GB , nearly 3 to 4 GB are consumed by these two tables only which is not good if u think from customer point of view. As arund 40% of space is already utilized by customizations not by their actual data.

So please look into these problems and try to bring some better solutions so that your products also grows in Sales industory as Most of cusomters pay good amount of price for purchasing CRM storage and half of their storage is just wasted like that , its not good way.

Onedrive storage is given away in terrabytes, and customers are billed for space consumed by MSFT first party solutions over which they have no control. Completely maddening.
