Actual Outcome:
- In the Australian region, the Withholding Tax (WHT) functionality is available for both purchase documents and payment journals.
- In all other regions, the Withholding Tax functionality is available only for purchase documents, and not for payment journals.
Expected Outcome:
- The Withholding Tax functionality should be available for both purchase documents and payment journals across all regions, not limited to Australia.
