Set up a Shipping Agent with the Internet Address specified.

Create a Sales Order. Enter lines. Open the Shipping and Billing fast tab and Show more. For the Agent, choose one of the shipping agents which includes the internet address. For the Package Tracking No. fill in the tracking number.

The request/suggestion is to in some way provide a hyperlink or method for opening the internet page for the shipping agent and supplying the package tracking number so that the query of the tracking is expedited.
