Add field "reserved qty" to item card in Inventory section
This will give the user together with the other fields like inventory, qty on orders) and idea how much is available.
It also provides a shortcut to reserved demand.
Now you have to click on the inventory qty and filter in the item ledger entry screen where reserved qty > 0
