The link in the text labeled "Server Install or Upgrade Instructions" takes me to a CRM 2015 page. Not really helpful. 

Particularly, I need the system requirements for the server. What versions of Windows Server and SQL Server are required?  I have no idea what type of VMs I need to spin up.

There's a link labeled   "Dynamics 365 system requirements and required technologies"  and the address is https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2016445  but when I try to go there, I'm redirected to this page:  https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-engagement/  and all the links are for the Online version. Which of course doesn't mention what version of servers I need.
