BC MDM runs based on the Job Queue Entries, and in most cases the Job Queue executes successfully.

However, even when the Job Queue Entries show as succeeded, there is still a possibility that certain records may have failed during synchronization.

These failed records can only be identified by checking the Integration Synchronization Jobs table. Since normal BC users or even IT users may not monitor this table on a daily basis, such failures can easily go unnoticed.

Therefore, it is very important that BC can send failure notifications by email to users whenever a record fails in an Integration Sync Job, so that they can immediately mitigate and resolve the issue.
