There can be scenarios where we want to use the value of particular field which is to be added in lead score in lead scoring model. Like if we have custom score against a page on website.

Could you elaborate a bit more on what type of fields you are looking for? The lead scoring model currently allows you to specify a website visited field. More info on the different type of activities - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/insights-glossary
