With the new look, Power Apps is moving away from classic theme customizations. While the colors for the app header can now be customized to match your personal or organization branding, other theme customization options are not yet available. Classic theme customizations are not applying for the business process flow. It would be really great if we get this feature.

+1 to this. The switch to the new look is frustrating, some elements look better, but losing pretty much all customisation is extremely disappointing. Overnight, all the work we've done to make our environments (forms, nav bars and dashboard charts) match Company branding has been lost. The ability, for example, to customise form link / button colour and chart colours should be an expected minimum in any modern app.
