Grateful if you could include an advanced editor for email that can handle CSS/HTML in MS Dynamics CRM 2015 (on-premise & online).
That would help us, marketing professionals a lot while designing our email for campaign, etc.

This definitely needs to be enhanced within the existing product, however, my fear is that Microsoft will add this functionality to Dynamics Marketing only and force everyone who wants the feature to upgrade and pay even more fees for a feature that should have been in CRM all along. Microsoft is no longer customer-centric and is instead more focused on licensing and squeezing every dime possible out of their users.

The current email template creation functionality is one of the hardest selling points of CRM. Most customers think it's a joke that a product of this level has such primitive email template creation functionality.

It's 2015 - this is absolutely necessary! It's embarrassing to demo CRM to prospects and there isn't even an insert link or image option in the email templates!

Dynamics 365 for Marketing is featuring a rich email editor experience that allows visual and html design. We recommend transitioning to the new product.
