Currently once a quote is marked a active it can not be updated by the Integration User. This breaks the convetion of the Integration Mode. In an integration system the ERP applicaiton needs to update a quote. The ERP applicaiton may apply taxes or explode kits or modify the quote in some way. Because we have no mechanisim to add a custom Status to show Submited. So the only way a quote integrated to an ERP system to stay updatabale is to keep it in draft mode. This is not consistenet with the Order in the Integration Mode. That behavior alows for an update by the Integration User for the read only sales order.
