Hi,
I'm currently testing the Sales Order Agent in BC from an IT perspective.
One thing that struck me is that it marks all my emails as read, even if they are irrelevant. Irritating for me, but operationally dangerous if I set this up across the company.
If there is a setting to change this, where is it?
If not, then there should be, and by default it should only mark emails as read either when it's processed something from it or from a human prompt.
